Hearts and Souls at University.
Turning point in any ones life comes as a surprise at any age.At age 40 I was given,a Choice when I applied PKG Program, thru Ministry of Education.Though 1 year earlier, I applied in UPSI and attended Interview, I was dissapointed, because I was not selected, the reason , I was Over qualified to be in that Program. Countless of locals and those who hv been
Teaching around the Uni were Selected and started their training,in one month.
After 6 months,I was offered to join a twining program by Ministry of Education.
I accepted the offer. first year in Kuala Lipis, Pahang. Only 3 months I was in Lipis, Teachers Training College
The same year April. I joined IPBA in KL at Lembah Pantai. one year, half pay.first sem, we were given College hostel. 3 rd month we were asked to moved out, the reason, we are adult students, mostly married n hv children.Several were young ,in.mid 20 ies, mid 30ies married and hv Children.
All the undergrads were provided Conducive Single room hostel, shared same dorm with International students. My batch 80 percent were traveling from their home to attend lecture.
Studyingnin Ipba was my Chice, because , easiky I can travel to my hiuse several days, so my kids can see me freequantly, n theybwontbbe missing me. almost six months
I was traveling frm KL to my my house, very early morning and reach home , late evening, unable to focus in my cource work. So two semesters my marks droped. I had to re do two assignments.. Tjis has caused my marks abd cgpas droped.
So my first year study, with minimum,
points. So Ibworked reaky gard and mansged to get almost all the subjects B+ n 1 or 2 subjectb C. 2 A + my KOKO and BM kerjaya.
My foreign Masters student, Amira from Sudan, helped to checked my work and edited, my assignments.
My lunch hours , were mostly having meals or sharing ideas or having Conversation with Professors from Africa.
These Afrucan Prifesdir mostly Teach, Islamic Civilization, Fiqh, Usuluddin.
The Students frm Afrucan Ckybtrues aee the Elite group of students. Their fathers were
Rich Merchants, Head Of the Nation, Governar of their Country, Retired Armys Governar General.
East African Shared sane features like south Indians. Their food, attire all resemble South Indians.
